In an effort to mitigate the spread of COVID‑19, we have implemented the following precautionary measures in accordance with CDC guidelines:
All patients and visitors must wear a face covering when entering our office. Masks, bandanas, scarves or cloth can be used.
For the safety of our patients and staff, we ask that patients wait in their vehicles until the provider is ready. We will come out to your car and escort you into our facility. Social distancing will be adhered to and you may be asked to sit or stand in a specific location within a treatment room.
All patients will be called prior to their appointment to assess need and screening. If you received a call and we left a message, we need you to please call us back ASAP for your appointment. 616-363-7713. Questions will include:
Do you have, or have you had recently, symptoms of COVID-19 infection such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell?
Have you or someone you have recently been in contact with received a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19?
Are you or someone you have recently been in contact with awaiting COVID-19 test results?
Are you or someone you have recently been in contact with currently quarantined?
We ask that only the scheduled patients enter our facility unless the patient needs assistance.
We have instituted additional protection protocols with CDC guidelines, our preparedness and response plan is available for review.
In response to COVID-19 our providers have instituted several means of communication. You are able to message our providers through your patient portal located on our website under "Patient Portal", phone messaging and virtual consults. For a virtual consult, please leave a message in the doctors emergency messaging at 616-363-7713 and further instructions will be sent to you.
